Senior Account Manager, French
Wonderful opportunity to work for a fast growing, well established children’s gift company. This organisation is a leader in its field, the quality of their goods is superior to all of their competitors and they have a seriously good work/life balance!
Their biggest growth market is France, Belgium and Luxembourg. This is a new position to take advantage of that. You will manage a team of Account Managers and Sales administrators to help drive business in these regions. Your main clients will be large, multi store Retail organisations and independent luxury goods shops.
Post covid, there will be the chance to travel to France for Trade Shows and to meet customers.
Main duties will include:
- Managing key accounts and looking to grow the business with a long-term view
- Researching new potential accounts – identifying business opportunities and growing the markets with a strategic approach
- Applying commercial awareness to make brand-appropriate supply decisions for new accounts, including trade show follow-ups and potential customers who get in touch with us
- Managing and supporting a team to ensure smooth internal communication
- Overall responsibility for 10 France and Belgium Sales Agents who report to an Account Manager on a day-to-day basis
Required skills:
- Fluent written and spoken French
- People and Account Management experience
- Experience of establishing growth in the French market
