Salary : Up to £40,000 as a base salary + OTE and commissions

As a Sales Development Rep (lead generation) you will be fully trained to take a next step in the business and
your role will be to build a warm-leads contacts pipeline across the DACH region.
After 18-24 months, you should be ready to take on a Business Development Management role,
then there will be opportunity to become an Account Manager after that.
This is one of the rare businesses that will show you what your career in the company will look like
after 2 years and this will give you a goal to work towards. The tech-in-pharma sector is a fast-
expanding area and you will earn well. Average deal value is £1m ++ and the sales cycle can take up
to 1 year to secure so your primary responsibility is to build that contacts pipeline and those
relationships with decision makers.
The role in a nutshell: Generating qualified leads and appointments with decision makers.
This is a Mentored role you will be mentored and coached by a senior Account Executive every step of the way and, so will have the opportunity to learn from experts on an ongoing training-on-the-job basis.
- Research
- you will work from an already curated list of target companies in order to locate the decision makers, develop an understanding of the company (size, structure)
- Introduce the company then stay in touch .
- Contact the decision makers and introduce the company (email, phone, event attendance)
- Make personal connections and establish rapport.
- Courtesy-calling as a way of staying in touch
- Appointment setting
- Arrange 3 qualified new video meetings per week for your Account Executives to then attend and pitch
- Produce detailed summary reports of qualified opportunities for the Account Executives
- Use of Salesforce, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and any other tools to help you locate and contact decision makers
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English
- Some previous experience of extensive outbound lead generation
