HR Assistant
Title: REMOTE WORKING – HR Assistant
Duration: 4 months contract with the possibility of extension
Salary: £14.45per hour
Location: 100% remote working – initial training in office for 1 week
Working Shift patterns:
2 vacancies:
1) 6am-2pm
2) 1-9pm either Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday which can be flexible on shift pattern depending on suitable preference
2-week on-boarding plan: candidates are required to be on-site & be flexible to work in shifts during training (night shift, afternoon shift, morning shift & regular shift) only on week 1
Week 2 is working from home, and would be Monday to Friday, then move on to designated shift pattern requests
My client is a world leading business in eCommerce sales, they are currently looking to expand their HR Assistant to join their HR team. Due to business growth, they are looking for individuals to support with HR enquiries and recruitment.
Duties:
- Daily Reporting,
- Absence Management
- Managing time and attendance system
- People related administration and coordination tasks
- Providing accurate and timely management information, and ensuring compliance with Company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of HR systems and records.
- Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics
Skills
- Customer obsessed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain close to the detail and working to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Confidence in verbal and written communication in English.
- High volume administration experience (including systems/database administration) in HR, recruitment or payroll.
- Someone who can work independently; multitask, organise and prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail is a must together with comfort handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information)
- Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of HR records and conduct.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of basic employment law and HR / Payroll practices would be advantageous
