TITTLE: Spanish Speaker – Training, Learning & Development Executive

LOCATION: Central London (minimum of 2 days a week in the office)

SALARY: 40,000 GBP

TYPE OF ROLE: Initial 6 months contract with the possibility to become a Permanent role

LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Spanish and English

STARTING DATE: ASAP

We are searching for a passionate individual with experience in Training or a Learning and Development Department. This role will have a strong focus on the smooth roll-out of the company’s new member platform. This is the platform through which all members conduct their responsible business activities. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and co-deliver training materials to the company’s staff to ensure they are ready for the launch of new platform functionality.
• Support on the introduction of this new functionality to members.
• Administer and review the training courses.
• Develop case studies and new online learning materials.
• Work to ensure the training team runs smoothly and supports clients to fulfil their business objectives.
• Creating and updating training slides & session outlines for internal staff training, as well as supporting materials such as FAQs and user-videos.
• Support in the writing, collating, and curating of new online learning company content.

KEY SKILLS

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials and training staff members.
• Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Confident in IT systems – Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM.
• Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.

NOTE: Candidates must be based in the UK and able to attend to the office in central London. No sponsorship is provided.
