TITLE: CYPRUS: GERMAN Finance Customer Advisor (Banking)

LOCATION : Limassol in CYPRUS

Language needed : Fluent German and English

Salary : Between Eu 35,000-Eu 41000 + bonus and profit share

Sector: Financial services and online banking

Location: The office is in Limassol in Cyprus

Hours: Monday -Friday the company operates a shift system covering 7.30am-21.00

The role: This is an inbound customer care role and you will liaise constantly with the London office:

• Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
• Responding to client enquiries via email and live chat
• Ensure all application documentation is accurately filled in
• Providing all new clients with clear information re application requirements
• Assisting accounts team with the set-up of new client accounts and KYC procedures
• Running client statements

Requirements

• Fluent GERMAN and fluent English
• Finance customer care background
• Degree educated ideally
• You must be based in Cyprus
