Responsibilities & Requirements
- Create innovative digital marketing campaigns, as well as all new marketing collateral to support real estate projects
- Work closely with the in-house branding team, developers, legal team, advertising agencies and other third parties to proactively promote the brand
- Social Media: Develop digital and social media campaigns, social media accounts including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Douban and ByteDance;
- Budgeting: Oversee budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Previous marketing experience gained either in-house or agency;
- Fluent English, Chinese (Mandarin)
- Eligible to work in the UK
