Demand Planner

TITLE: Supply Chain Planner /logistics (Hospitality)

Salary: £15.50 – £19.50 per hour (Equivalent to £32,000 – £38,000 per annum)

Languages: fluent English. Any other European language is useful

Location: WFH currently. Then Flexible in Buckinghamshire.

The Company: International restaurant and hospitality sector

Duration: 3-4 months with a possibility to convert to permanent

The role: Your role will be to ensure the smooth and cost-effective delivery of catering-related

equipment to franchises across Europe

Duties

Liaise with restaurants regarding the planning and delivery of their catering equipment and décor items
Manage and track stock levels. Manage product availability with suppliers
Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse
Liaise with suppliers across all related product areas. Monitor supplier performance
Analyse and make cost savings where possible. Check and extend warranties
Tracking price changes, product information and ensuring accuracy of the data
Manage demand forecasts and growth data to allow for stock planning
You will have direct client contact and be able to resolve client complaints quickly and diplomatically

REQUIREMENTS

Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
Advanced excel
Experience within supply chain, supplier performance management, demand planning, inventory management, commercial analysis, and customer service experience
Degree educated(ideally)
