JOB TITLE: Customer Services Executive (Inbound enquiries and logistical work)
SALARY : £24,552 per annum+ £1,200 night shift allowance +Bupa health, Bupa dental, and regular salary increases (every 6 months)
LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Fluent English + Any additional languages would be an advantage
START DATE: October 2021
HOURS: working 3 days on, 4 days off every week
1 night shift per month (£1,200 extra for the shift)
LOCATION: Chiswick in West London
THE COMPANY
Working at this international medical assistance company and helping military personnel around the world and their families access medical care and assistance wherever they are based. The contract you are working on is one of the largest military personnel contracts in the world and you will be dealing with their families on a daily basis. The aim of this role is that you provide kind and empathetic delivery of 24-hour medical assistance services to B2C clients.
In month one you will go through very thorough inhouse training and your hours will therefore be 8am-4.30pm.
THE ROLE
- Taking up to 40 inbound calls from the families of military personnel based around the world making enquiries about civilian medical appointments
- Expertly plan and coordinate medical aid
- Manage medical cases with a sense of responsibility and urgency
- Liaising with doctors, nurses and civilian medical centres to make appointments
- Sending emails to confirm appointments, as well as directions
- Providing a highly personal, discreet and helpful service to military personnel and their families
- Upload all information and document all assistance given
- Provide billing information and ensure that cases are correctly prepared for hand-over to the billing department
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer services experience
- Fluency in English.
- Any additional languages would be an advantage
- Free to start the 11th October
- Numerate
