Location: Central London (West End)
Working arrangement: Remote until the end of 2021 – then attending office meetings from 2022
Start: ASAP
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Our client is a well-established digital networking platform, they are currently looking for a passionate and driven Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute their marketing strategy in France. Based in London and reporting directly to the Marketing Director for France, this position will focus on actively developing and executing plans rooted in the company’s core missions in the French market.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the go-to market strategy to accelerate business growth in France through driving awareness and brand sentiment
- Establish relationships with and manage a network of agency partners – setting objectives/goals, ensuring performance against KPIs
- Thoroughly analyse business performance through deep dive across the metrics available to recommend successful action plans
- Execute an influencer programme that involves identifying influencers, relationship management, performance, and reporting
- Develop a cut-through PR plan, in collaboration with the PR agency, that will deliver hard working earned, shared, and paid media
- Work closely with the paid performance team to ensure creative assets reflect the brand positioning and align with the marketing plans
- Generate and develop local below the line innovative ideas, as well as working closely with the global team to localise global creative assets
- Develop and implement a plan to strengthen the French social media presence to further engage and connect with the community
- Develop 360 marketing plans with a holistic approach across the different marketing touch points
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an academic or business speciality
- Experience in people management
- Fluent in English and French – strong written and oral communication skills
- A deep expertise of the French cultural landscape, consumer market and core demographic
- Ideally 5-7 years minimum in similar role building and developing a brand in the French market
- Influencer marketing – identifying influencers, relationship management, reporting tools, performance tracking
- Experience in managing social media accounts, digital strategies, and overall media planning
- Strategic 360 approach to marketing, inclusive of all channels, but particularly BTL media channels (social, PR)
- Experience working with external agencies
- Possess a positive and committed with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach
- Organised and self-motivated, with excellent time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
- Data focused and driven and at ease with daily metrics analysis and overall business analysis
