TITLE: REMOTE: NORTHAMPTONSHIRE Dutch Customer Logistics Administrator
Type of Role: Admin or graduate entry level position with training provided
Location: Hybrid role ( part office/part home based) in Kettering , Northamptonshire
Salary : £25,000 + benefits
Language needed: Fluent Dutch
Hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
The company : International business that operates 415 successful franchises across Europe specialising in spare-parts. In this role you will be looking after franchisees that are the business owners themselves. Franchisees are largely based in Holland .
The role:
- Dealing with inbound email enquiries re stock levels, promotions etc
- Liaising with warehouse in order to schedule deliveries
- Order processing
- General administration
- Keeping franchisees informed as to the availability of product, replacements, lead times and any new products
- Management of shipping information
- Updating pricing data
- Researching client histories and buying trends, their specific requirements and develop an understanding of the needs of their specific client audience
- Processing of orders/credits and the co-ordination of delivery of service within an agreed service level
- Credit control and chasing payments
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch
- Located in commutable distance to the office (part home/part office based)
- Good MS Office skills
- Ideally some previous office experience
