Job Title: Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Location: London
Salary: £70,000-£80,000 (Negotiable to outstanding candidate) + Excellent benefits
The role in general: Drive the marketing function forward through innovative marketing campaigns. Oversee creation and delivery of all marketing materials in support development projects. Work closely with the sales team to meet company sales targets and objectives. Responsible for supporting and adding value to the business through the creation, implementation and delivery of high-profile marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- To develop and lead the implementation of the Marketing strategy for the business covering the key aspects of the marketing mix.
- To analyse, develop models and work with the sales team to ensure maximisation of the balance of brand, price, volume and margin mix.
- Managing external teams to ensure complete product management, developing an innovation pipeline and also managing the launch process.
- To establish an effective promotional plan with key markets, introducing new approaches e.g. web-based activity.
- To assess and exploit opportunities presented by on-line communications and social media within the market by commercialising technological and brand edges.
- Developing web, CRM and social media channels to effectively maximise group awareness. Taking a leading role in the delivery of marketing and communications plans, developing and producing print and digital marketing materials.
- Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and analysing performance to drive sales revenue, working with the finance team to develop and manage short and long term budget plans for marketing activity.
- Monitoring progress, assuring adherence and evaluating performance
- Overseeing and supporting the development of corporate marketing collateral, website and social media strategies.
- Providing assistance on press releases, articles, presentations, events and conferences and other sales documents and tools
- To identify route-to-market opportunities including an assessment of new channels.
- To promote and demonstrate the vision and values of the company, to train, motivate and lead, through coaching and inspiring of staff and to assist in leading the development of a performance culture.
- Leading the implementation of the strategic marketing vision for the company in line with growth objectives and aspirations.
- Developing brand strategies and marketing plans, including the development and strengthening of service offerings.
- Liaison with China to develop marketing strategies for the Far East market. A highly commercial approach to turning good strategy into great execution.
- Delivery of branded growth based on insight into a diverse customer base.
- Developing and executing a coherent and robust marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability and innovation; and working closely with internal stakeholders and core business teams to maximise the effect of this strategic plan.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or similar.
- Ideally minimum 5 years marketing experience, primarily in residential property.
- Knowledge of London residential development marketing.
- The ability to take an innovative approach to all marketing initiatives.
- Proven track record in carrying out successful and thought-provoking marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing external suppliers and contractors.
