Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor role in a London-based Financial Services company. The firm provides competent guidance on a wide variety of financial products. The company is currently seeking an individual with the necessary skill to join the team as a Mortgage Advisor who will be a key person in the business growth.
Job Requirements:
- CeMAP (or similar) certification.
- At least ONE year experience in similar role.
* Outstanding communication abilities.
* Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
* Strong numerical and writing abilities.
* The capacity to communicate complicated facts in a clear and effective manner.
* The capacity to efficiently manage workload.
* Leadership is desired
Job Responsibilities:
- Multi-channel lead management.
* Provide great customer service by assessing our customers’ requirements and situations and making the best recommendation for them.
* Observe SMCR-compliant regulatory and ethical norms.
* Adherence to policies and processes must be demonstrated.
* Strive to outperform agreed-upon service standards and objectives.
* Work in line with the Company’s ethical lending and underwriting standards, as well as the regulatory standards.
