Title: GERMAN speaking Customer Service Support Administrator
Location: 100% remote
Language Required: Fluent German
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000
Duration: 6 months FTC + possibility of extension
The role: The purpose of the role is to provide support to the wholesale customer service team on a range of general administrative tasks, in particular checking customers purchase orders, managing any line plan changes in the order book, raising credit and debit memos and placing re-orders.
The Wholesale Customer Service Administrator may carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit, that will benefit the individual, the Division or the Company as a whole.
Duties
- Support with Order and Returns entry using Oracle
- Ensure Deadlines are met and General Administration is completed as required
- Issue credit / debit memos in liaison with the finance department
- Support the Customer service team with the computerised filling. Ensure that the filing system is organised and up to date, making it easily accessible for reference by other Departments.
- Compile style information for customers that require it on a Seasonal basis as well as EAN reports for all the customers that require it.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role is a warm, friendly, dynamic individual who has an eye for detail and enjoys working as part of a team. They have good verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills. Technically, they will have administrative experience and experience of manual and computerized filing systems. Experience in Microsoft applications is essential, especially word, outlook and excel. They must be able to use excel to an intermediate level. |
