Securities Settlements Analyst

Based in amazing offices in the City with panoramic views of London, the primary responsibility of the Securities Settlements Analyst is to administer the day-to-day operational functions throughout the complete trade life cycle from Trade Capture to Trade Settlement for cash products: Equities, Bonds, CFD’s, Funds, Repo and Security Lending.
Key responsibilities will include
- Trade booking, confirmation and settlement
- Reconciliations
- Regulatory Reporting
Technical Knowledge required:
- Standard processes for Equity, Bonds and Fund trading and settlement
- Strong knowledge of market practice for Repo markets and Securities Lending
- Understanding of trade booking standards and trade lifecycles for products supported
- Must have in depth experience on Corporate Action events e.g., coupon payments, dividends, maturities across all product types
- Understanding of CASS rules and reporting
