Salary: £20,500 + Circa £4,000 but uncapped so could earn much more
Hours: Monday to Friday working between the hours of 8.00am – 7.00pm (total of 37.5 per week)
Location: London – 100% officed based

You will be working with the owners of holiday homes and specific time slots abroad who wish to swap their specific holiday weeks (or their holiday locations) with other owners from around the world. The company is innovative, really fun to work with and has millions of holiday makers as their clients who travel to almost 4,000 luxury resorts across the world. The company also offers its holidaymakers special deals, and lots of promotions that helps people globe-trot around the world and visit fabulous destinations, at reasonable prices
The Job
As a holiday advisor your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from Italian members and fulfilling their holiday requirements through the promotion and selling of our leisure products. As well as servicing our Italian membership base, you will also be servicing US and UK residing members. Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying the “holiday experience” required by the members and aligning availability to that experience, offering similar alternatives where necessary.
- Promoting all company products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Processing bookings.
- Making outbound sales calls to membership data base.
The Person
To be successful in this role highly developed sales and customer service skills are a pre-requisite. In addition, you will have:
- Italian (mother tongue) and English language skills
- Good communication skills.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- First class influencing skills.
- The ability to use multi-application software and reservations systems.
- Sales and/or call centre experience; travel industry sector experience is desirable.
