TITLE: Spanish Speaker Customer Service Representative
SALARY: 17000 GBP
LOCATION: Nottingham
LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Fluent English and Spanish
We are looking for fun, engaging and customer-centric candidates to join a fast-paced Help Desk / Support Centre. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
-Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
-Providing excellent customer service (including inbound telephone and email).
-Helping customers logging and managing incidents within the incident management tool and taking ownership of seeing these through to resolution.
-Ensuring a totally seamless customer experience and providing product advice
-Dealing with complaints and escalations
ESSENTIAL SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS
-Native standard in English and fluent Spanish.
-Previous Customer Service / Hospitality experience is a plus.
-Excellent listening skills, to fully understand and document the issues as they are reported.
-Outstanding telephone manners. Communication skills are essential in the role.
-Customer-service minded.
-Target-driven and willing to progress within Customer service sector.
-Immediate availability.
