Location: Reading . This is an office based role
Company: American designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-end equipment . This company supplies tools to heavy industry such as automotive, marine, and aviation. They ” think outside the box” to invent new ways to make equipment better and more efficient and the office environment is therefore quite creative and has an innovative ” feel”. This is an entry level role and would suit someone moving from hospitality or retail into an office based role.
The role
This is an entry level role and you will be training in every aspect of providing classic customer care: this includes role logistics admin , client contact and you will be trained to also provide training to clients.
- Use of Danish to liaise with clients based in Denmark. You will use your Danish both written and spoken
- You will help to design client training programmes
- Provide product support and training to dealers
- Translation of various documents from Danish into English
- Liaise with suppliers and warehouse
