TITLE: Spanish Help Desk/Tech support ( Laptops and tablets)
Location: Reading , Berkshire
Salary : £26,000-£27,000 + benefits
Location: Office based role
Company: Designers and manufacturers of specialist tooling systems for automotive and other industries.
The role : Diagnose/solve technical issues
This is a client-facing role and you will use your Spanish and English both on a regular basis
- Deliver technical support to a dealership community
- identify and resolve problems with PC /Laptop hardware/ software and associated equipment.
- Resolve queries from customers, suppliers and installers liaising with other team members as necessary.
- Determine which piece of equipment is faulty and try to rectify the issue
- Escalate the problem to the appropriate supplier where necessary .
- Arrange delivery of the loan equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Spanish
- Tech support experience
