Salary: Total compensation of £24,898 (this is comprised of base of £21,293 and a fixed bonus of £3,605)

The company : This company works with a portfolio of clients as its ” outsourced” sales and renewals team. The environment is totally multilingual and it has a very social and friendly work culture. This role is totally bilingual and you will be reaching out to existing clients to help manage their contract renewals for them and to notify then that a renewal is due.

You will be given full training in this role and will work to renew contract for companies (all B2B) such as VW cars, IBM, Dell, Microsoft and Google.

This role has 4 key elements 1) contact clients 2) provide a top class customer care service 3) Renew the contracts 4) update the database

Duties:

2 hours a day on the phone contacting existing clients

5.5 hours follow up admin work

• Contact: Call or email existing clients of Dell, Microsoft, Google etc in Scandinavia and inform them that their contract is falling due for renewal
• Work to a target of 25 connected calls per day
• Customer Care: courtesy call to check that the client is happy with the service to date and that they are also happy to renew
• Liaise with the Team Leader if there has been a complaint
• Send the client information about other products or services that could help their business
• Answer customer product enquiries
• Renew contracts: Help and guide customers through post -sales process
• Send the paperwork and renewals terms
• Explain and train how to best use the products in order to get best value-for-money
• Database management: Update the database with any changes to client requirements or new contact names
• You will meet the client that you are working for either weekly or monthly in the Liverpool office

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
• Fluent English
