Title: Commercial ACCA Accountant :KOREAN

Salary : Up to £40,000 + excellent benefits and generous company discounts

Language required: English . Korean would be an advantage

Location: Hybrid: 3 days office based and 2 home-based

You will be working for one of the most exciting and innovative companies in the world. This firm invents, then produces and exports electronic equipment that mirrors how we all live today. It creates products that will work alongside how we live, entertain ourselves and also how we work, especially since the onset of Covid. This role does not require another language , but if you have some Korean then it would be helpful. You will be able to work flexibly.

The role combines accounting and business management skills

The role:

You will be joining the newly established Finance Function in this FMCG start up with global ambitions

• Track and manage stock levels and Inventory
• Work closely with HQ in Korea to develop short- and long-term strategic business plans
• Work alongside all accounting functions (AP, AR, GL), Treasury, Tax and Finance operations (Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management)
• Advise on how to prevent problems, adapt to changing circumstances and improve value
• Help to prepare Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reports
• Suggest ways to reduce operational and production costs
• Ensure all Tax issues comply with the law and regulations
• Ensure all reporting comply with IFRS
• Coordinate and Manage Tax issue with Government, ie. VAT
• Assist in the preparation of the annual finance statements and Liaise with auditors

REQUIREMENTS:

• ACCA part qualified
• Previous experience in managing Inventory
• Fluent Korean is useful ( not essential)
• Fluent English
