Salary: From £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

WFH: Currently a hybrid role in which you will work only 2/3 days in the office

The position is very varied as you will be performing both an admin role and also some accounting as you will use your Italian/English bilingually

The role: This role is a dual position involving 1) accounting 2) general administration as such offers a varied and interesting day!
Accounting tasks:
– Responsible of the accounting (preparation of the monthly statement, drafting of the budget and the annual final balance, preparation of the salaries of the local staff and payments for the provision of various services)
– Management of relations with the banks used by the Delegation as well as with the Central Administration for all accounting issues
– Management of relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
Administrative tasks:
– Conduct of procedures relating to the Bank’s permanent staff and local Delegation personnel
– Conduct of procedures relating to the Delegation’s premises
– Treatment of the confidential practices of the Delegation
– Management of relations with the Central Administration for all administrative matters and the instruction of the relevant practices
– Interface for IT issues with the designated service company
– Management of the Delegation’s archive, both paper and electronic
– Data collection and information on topics of interest to the Delegation
Amongst others, the main requirements are be:
– Degree Qualified (Preferably in Business or Accounting).
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people at all levels;
– Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian;
– Team player with good time management and organizational skills;
– Able to work under pressure;
– Good understanding of Outlook, Explorer, Word and Excel.
