Salary: £40,000 per annum

Contract: Full time 1 Year Fixed Contract for Maternity Leave Cover

Job Description

1. Work closely with different departments across different regions, manage and form strategies for sales and marketing events and promotions for Asian esp Greater China market
2. Responsible for all marketing materials production and distribution; manage the internal and external design teams and lead Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to compose marketing promotion materials; well manage suppliers for production to achieve the excellent balance between budget and quality
3. Work closely with Sales, Operations and Development departments, and coordinate with sales channels, ensure all marketing materials are put in place effectively and support sales and business development activities to achieve good sales results
4. Conduct and organise all necessary marketing and sales materials for events and seminars in Greater China market
5. Manage marketing and social media content calendar, collect and analyse market news and information, and push more quality traffic to our Wechat and Linkedin etc main social media channels
6. Report timely market information to sales team and the senior stake holders with necessary solutions and support the company’s general sales and marketing strategy planning
7. Conduct brand promotions online and offline, market planning and PR event’s execution
8. Motivate other teams, Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive and Designers work efficient to achieve results
9. Manage external PR firm and other marketing suppliers

Job Requirement

1. Undergraduate or above (Relevant majors in marketing, business, media, public relations, or advertising are preferred)
2. Minimum 7 years working experience in marketing or property related industry; less experience will be considered for a Manager position
3. Excellent performed candidate will be considered for a permanent position after the fixed contract period
4. Must be eligible to work in UK
5. Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English (Both spoken and writing) is essential
6. Excellent communication skills
7. A can-do attitude, capable of execution, detail-minded and excellent time management skills
8. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, creativity, team motivation and excellent teamwork
9. With graphic design skills, video, web design, digital marketing experience or good event management experience is a plus
10. Willing to adjust working hours to China and Europe time-zone
