TITLE: French speaking Account and Sales Manager
Sector: Luxury Dining & Hotels (Hospitality Sector)
LOCATION Central London
Travel Involved: 3-4 times a year to visit your global hotel and restaurant clients
Clients: 5-star Hotels and deluxe restaurants based in the Middle East
SALARY: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (Min expected of 10-15K in year one)
THE COMPANY
Fashion and beautiful design-led furniture for the luxury hotel and restaurants market. This company operates within Catering, luxury dining, wines, hospitality, restaurants and the leisure and hotel sectors. Products are exclusive and bespoke.
THE ROLE
Key Account Relationships and Business development role. There will be some travel involved to meet current & potential customers (5-star hotel groups and independent hotels, high-end restaurants, clubs, etc.) and to present new products to them, simply stay in touch or to introduce the business.
Relationship Management
*Develop, nurture and expand business with your existing portfolio of luxury hotel and restaurant clients
*Work to agreed total revenue targets and forecasts
*Manage and grow portfolio across all channels from key hotel openings and refurbishments, contract catering, conference catering, restaurants. This is very straight-forward as the sector is growing fast and targets are based on new and existing relationship management
*Attending networking events globally
*Researching cold calling and generating your own business meetings with hotels and restaurants in the Middle East
*This is high volume low margin sales role with the average sales value of between £3000-£10,000k depending on deal size, and the deal time of around 2 months.
