This is a remarkable job opportunity for an ambitious person with a background in either agency recruitment or internal recruitment within science or pharma who is looking to make a strategic move into a Talent Acquisition role where you will work closely alongside line managers and HR to locate key scientific staff globally . This role is remote (from anywhere in the world) or you can be based in the UK office on a hybrid basis .
Duties:
RESEARCHING/LOCATING/APPROACHING: This is a sophisticated headhunting. In this role, you will be researching and locating highly skilled scientists who are potential applicants for new roles that you have within the organisation .
SUPPORTING: you will be supporting a Relationship Sales Manager who is based Slovakia and who is responsible for HR and internal appointments
AIM OF THE JOB: Your aim is forge solid, sustainable relationships with scientists based in Europe who have a very specific life sciences background. The company is growing fast and you will work on 90 jobs at levels that range up to £60,000 . You will help drive the careers of your candidates forward and be a key part of the growth plans of this major international corporation .
A life sciences or pharma background is essential as you will be speaking to scientists globally and will build a contacts ” book ” of your own and complex networks of contacts within the scientific community. This role would suit someone with a previous recruitment agency background or who has been in internal recruitment and is looking for a next step within Talent Acquisition .
- Using LinkedIn & other social media to establish excellent personal relationships and establish rapport with scientists who may be looking to move jobs and who are open to learning about other international job opportunities
- Providing applicants with outstanding careers advice and showing them new opportunities that are currently available within this pharma life sciences company
- Interviewing of candidates (face to face, via video links or over the telephone) to learn about aspirations and personal circumstances
- Liaise with your Relationship Manager and keep him/her informed of your candidate’s current salaries, availability and pay rates
- Develop your contacts portfolio and upload the database
- Get candidate feedback following interviews
- Write effective advertising copy that will be used on job boards and the corporate Linkedin Page.
- This role is a very process driven role.
Requirements

- Previous experience within HR or Agency Recruitment
- A pharma or life sciences background is essential
