Role: Customer Satisfaction Executive (Swedish)
Pay rate: £10.00 (Inclusive of holiday pay)
Expected duration: short project for 2-3 days (with prospect to work on future projects)
Start: Tomorrow or Wednesday

Description of duties:
*Contacting customers to obtain their feedback regarding the level of services that the client provides to these customers.
*Record the collected data on a web based platform
*Where applicable translate the feedback into English.
*Report to the Project Manager on the progress of the work and regarding any problems with the deadlines in order to ensure that the work is completed correctly and within a deadline date.
Full training will be given in relation to the work required.
Person Specification:
*Advanced level of written English (to be able to translate customer’s feedback into English)
*Ability to multitask
*Results and target orientated
*Self- motivated
*A good attention to detail
*A professional approach
*Customer service experience
*An excellent telephone manner
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (desirable)
