Salary: £60,000 + excellent benefits (including valuable discounts/study support/gym and personal trainer)
Languages required: Fluent English. Additional languages are always an asset, but not essential

Sector Luxury property business. Concierge services
Company profile: Expanding property business that is taking on new properties across London. The organisation offers a high-end, hotel levels, of concierge services to business tenants in their serviced office. This role is B2B and B2C client facing and is viewed as a key strategic appointment in the company’s growth plan.
Due to the importance of this role, you will have the opportunity to develop into Board level Directorship and will help shape the future of the company.
The role in brief: To bring the best-in-class hospitality levels of service to business clients and creating “spaces for business success”
- Managing all front of house staff
- Creating a culture of care and luxury for clients
- Recruit and train the front-office staff
- Ensure that all client queries are handled professionally and with care and understanding
- Managing difficult clients diplomatically whilst adding that personal touch which changes conflict-into-care
- Work with the sales department to fill empty office space
- Proactively help generate tenancy renewals, referrals
- Attend and support property/office viewings
- Negotiate new contracts with tenants
- Generate invoices and liaise with the finance department for billing purposes,
- Monitor client spending patterns to identify profitable clients.
- Innovate strategies that develop outstanding levels of hospitality within your properties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a General Manager within hospitality sector (restaurants or hotels) is essential
- Team management experience
