Language: Fluent Spanish (Portuguese or Italian are both useful)
Location: Nottingham. 2 days a week in the office. Hybrid role
Salary Total comp of £50,000 in year one comprised of £35,000 base +£15,000 OTE (an average in year one)

The role: A mix of three key areas: 1) Team Management 2) Business & Key Account Management 3) Marketing . There will some limited travel in this role (15%) to the Iberian peninsula quarterly to meet partners and sales reps.
1)Team Management (teams in Portugal Spain and Italy)
- Managing 6 direct reports based in Portugal (2 x sales reps, 2 x customer care advisors. 2 x country managers) and the Spanish and Italian office .
- Full responsibility for the sales performance and P+L of the Portuguese and Spanish office
- Helping to drive growth by delivery of the group’s product portfolio direct to consumer and via partner channels
- Recruit, Train and Manage the sales Team . Monitor team performance
- Maintaining schedules of sales activity for Portugal, Spain and Italy providing feedback, documentation, support tools and information.
- Provide coaching and counselling to Sales representatives
- Prepare, manage and maintain ‘Agent Agreements’ with new and existing Subsidiaries/Agents/Resellers
- Incentivise the team to provide best-in-class service levels
- Develop incentive schemes for the conversion of inbound leads to sales
- 2) Business Development /Key Accounts Management( small potentially high growth accounts)
- Manage and grow 11 strategic key accounts
- Work with the Sales Director to implement and deliver sales strategies
- Researching and contacting new partners in new territories
- Develop existing business and extend network,
- Create new contacts and agreements across Portugal, Spain and Italy
- Grow contacts with private hospitals, clinics and with healthcare professionals
- Work to revenue forecasts and budgets
- Organize and assist exhibitions/conferences.
- Attend Embassy events and make high level connections
- Liaising constantly with subsidiaries, partners, agents and resellers who represent the brand abroad
3) Marketing Activities
- Develop the country marketing strategies
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns. Measure campaign results ( google analytics)
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Oversee client service levels
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Spanish (native standard)
- Previous team management experience
- Experience as a Key Account Manager
- Fully vaccinated (this is a requirement for any international travel)
- Experience of working in a regulated environment ( ideal . Not essential)
- Wellness or health-related experience ( ideal, not essential)
