9-5.30pm Mon-Thurs .
9-5pm on Friday (3 days in office /2 days wfh)

Summary: Technical Customer Care and post-sales administration role
The role:
In this position you will provide a top class personalised customer information and administrative service to members. You will provide help to membership organisations, understand their business needs and find solutions to their requirements . Much of this role is administrative support and problem solving alongside scheduling of meetings and committees . There will be some travel in this role in the UK to attend events. Full training will be provided
DUTIES
Customer care (45%) :
- Take inbound enquiries across multiple channels
- Act as first line customer technical support for the Learning and Exams software
- Help identify documentation, training, and operational needs related to common inquiries.
- Use of ticketing system to triage enquiries
Administration/Diary and Travel management (40%)
- Support committees by scheduling meetings, issuing agendas and minutes and administering action items. (10%)
- Arrange travel , itineraries and hotel accommodation for in person training sessions
- Organise virtual training
- Manage a database of information
- Provide administrative support for learning materials. Manage content
- Budgeting and expense management (excel)
Marketing (10%)
- Support marketing efforts. Send out course information and follow-up
- Help to create new marketing collateral
- Update the website
Travel (5%)
- Occasional travel to symposiums in the Uk or Europe to support the events
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid previous administrative , customer care or secretarial experience
- Degree educated (ideal. Not essential)
- Fluency in any European language (Spanish, Portuguese preferred)
