Job Type: FTC one year with potential to convert to Perm
Salary: £27,000 depending on experience
Our client, a large international Property Development company is looking for an experienced receptionist/admin assistant to join their London office.
Duties:
1, Sit at the reception area to provide friendly guest service and keep the reception area tidy and clean
2, Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
3, Manage lunch reservations and meeting room arrangements
4, Maintain health and safety condition and conduct regular health and safety checks
5, Provide general office administration and carry out well controlled office purchase and supplies. And manage the office assets
6, Other responsibilities required by management whenever necessary
Requirement:
- Ideally 2-3 years corporate receptionist, office management or customer service experience
- Native speaking level of English
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Well organized with good time management skills
- Conversational Chinese will be a huge plus
