We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Executive to join a growing customer service team. Your goal will be to focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care, delivering a first-class service both on the phone and via email.
We need somebody who is outgoing with heaps of personality to build positive relationships with our clients leaving them with a great impression. If you know how to find unique ways to deal with customer complaints or concerns, can follow an internal process and ensure policies are adhered to, then you would be a perfect fit for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact to resolve enquiries across multiple channels in a timely manner, communicating through email and phone
- Reply to emails using an internal ticketing system within agreed SLA’s
- Take incoming calls and answer queries in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Fluent Romanian
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service. Preferably a call centre environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in working with IT systems, including salesforce, Freshdesk, or other CRM system & Microsoft teams is desirable but not essential.
