Mon – Fri / 9am – 5pm
In this exciting role for Icelandic speakers, you will be working as part of our client’s Members Services team. Being the first point of contact for members, effectively handling all interactions and providing positive outcomes. You will act as a brand Ambassador delivering outstanding levels of customer service as you help members, process orders, identify opportunities to develop business and add value. With great space for future progression and development across different areas like events and marketing, will be important to have the ability to follow company procedures accurately and meet service targets.
Requirements
You must have worked in customer service type role where you will have developed excellent MS Office skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised as needed.
Great attention to details and feeling comfortable with inbound calls is essential, keeping strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Good at prioritizing you are comfortable multi-tasking and highly organized. You enjoy learning new things, have an eye for detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Critically you understand how to wow customers and know what memorable customer service looks like specially as Icelandic native or fluent speaker.
