Salary : To Eu33,000 pro rata
Company : You will be working for a fast growth company that provides specialist technical products to industries as diverse as Automotive and cosmetics. The company is family owned since 1940 and has a global footprint supplying customers with high end engineering-related products. The company has a very collaborative feel and is planning on doubling in size over the next 5 years. This is a stand-alone HR role based in the small office in Reims with 14 staff. You will report to the HR Manager in the UK
The role Part time stand-alone HR admin role
Duties
- Support the UK HR Team
- Manage Employee relations
- Data management and be the first point of contact internally and trusted advisor on all operational HR issues
- Deal with confidential HR information
- Manage suppliers
- Overseeing all employee benefits, ensure background checks are made , check work permits and process visa applications
- Onboarding new staff/off-boarding and exit interviews
- Set up training
- Interview and recruit new staff
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
Requirements
- Fluent French and English
- HR admin experience
