Salary : To Eu40,000 + fixed 5% bonus (Total comp of Eu 42000 per annum)
Company : You will be working for a fast growth company that provides specialist technical products to industries as diverse as Automotive and cosmetics. The company is family owned since 1940 and has a global footprint supplying customers with high end engineering-related product. The company has a very collaborative feel and is planning on doubling in size over the next 5 years. Your role is to deal with all the logistics and delivery of product to clients as well as customer care
The role Customer care , managing order flows and logistics admin around order fulfilment
Duties
- Dealing with inbound email enquiries re stock levels, promotions etc
- Liaising with warehouse in order to schedule deliveries
- Order processing
- General customer care and customer administration
- Keeping clients informed as to the availability of product, replacements, lead times and any new products
- Management of shipping information
- Updating pricing data
- Processing of orders/credits and the co-ordination of delivery of service within an agreed service level
- Credit control and chasing payments
Requirements
- Fluent Czech and English
- Fluent German
- Customer Services experience
- Some experience of sales support administration
