Role: French Marketing Manager
Contract: 3 months fixed term contract (with a view to extend or possibly move permanent)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Pro-rata)

Our client is an online business founded around 20 years ago, and now established in 8 markets and the leading e-commerce supplier in Europe of health products in their field. The company has shown exceptional growth each year and is a promising opportunity for anyone looking for a step up.
As the French Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of marketing activities in the French regions. In particular, you will focus on marketing and promoting a tiered health insurance programme of work. This will allow customers to make paper free product purchases using the site, and be able to use their plan balance.
You should be a commercially-minded individual, who is passionate about driving results and performance through effective campaigns. You will be analytical and data-driven in your approach to marketing campaigns. Ideal candidate will have a mixture of B2C and B2B marketing experience and a thorough knowledge of the digital landscape. With a proactive nature you will constantly be staying up to date with industry trends and ensure best practises are always met.
Responsibilities
*Define and drive marketing activities for French market
*Work closely with internal senior stakeholders to define roadmap, briefs and delivery of projects
*Execute lead generation campaigns
*Closely monitor and report on financial results
*Lead and facilitate regular planning and production meetings and bi-weekly updates
*Improve visibility of the programme on the French site
*Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and technology teams to enhance and maintain functionality of the program
*Assist with onboarding process for new partners
*Content optimisation for the transactional purchase user journey content
*Report on project status to internal stakeholders, team members and partners
*Writing copy for marketing collateral and assets such as website(s) and emails
Requirements
*Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal skills
*Fluent in written and spoken English to a high standard
*Proven experience of working within the French market in a similar role, ideally within e-commerce
*P&L management
*Strong project management skills and stakeholder’s management experience (Essential)
*Strong communicator who can engage and convert website visitors into customers
*Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and the importance of good copywriting for improving rankings
