German Speaking Events Project Manager
Role: Event Project Manager

Expected duration: 3-4 months
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 Pro-rata
Location: Central London (Travel maybe required)
Our client, an international high-profile foundation, is looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of a large-scale event taking place in Berlin towards the end of the year.
We are looking for someone able to start as soon as possible. The project is expected to last 3-4 months.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 3-5 years of project management experience, dealing with C-level executives within the not-for-profit sector or Fortune 500 companies.
Your main responsibilities will include:
*Managing internal and external relationships, coordinating between the local and international teams as well as external stakeholders;
*Ensuring the organisational timeline is kept to and working within deadlines;
*Updating the database with all the information relating to the event and the participants in compliance with Data Protection Regulations;
*Preparing a post-event brief to be used internally to help with the organisation of future events.
Your profile:
*Extensive international project management, dealing with different time zones, cultures and C-level executives, celebrities, government ambassadors.
*Experience in handling high profile events as part of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
*Experience in dealing with high level key stakeholders
*Flawless English (written and spoken)
*Excellent communication skills
*Fluency in German (Essential)
