This is a wonderful opportunity to join a famous design /building company that uses state-of-the-art materials to produce beautiful, hardwearing, building materials that will add to the aesthetic look and external feel of a corporate head office. The company works with designers, manufacturers and architects to help build some of the best-known landmark buildings in cities around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake material requirements planning activities and process purchase orders. Establish strong relationships with suppliers while and measuring supplier performance on cost, deliveries, and inventory turn round;
- Coordinating local purchase activities with the allowance of Headquarter (HQ), including to report for local purchase application of UK old projects; balance the purchase amount against the limit quantity issued by HQ ;
- Communicate regularly with project managers with regard to logistics requirement. Processing import logistics documents as cargo arrived, make sure all the freights can be well arranged upon different project requirements;
- Maintain and manage relative procurement administration activities including keeping department document and processing invoice queries and expediting;
- Track and update relative procurement invoices payment application process record in time.
About You
- Civil engineering, construction, architecture background.
- Mandarin Chinese speaking
- Graduates are welcome
