TITTLE: Spanish Customer Service Team Leader
LOCATION: This role would require travelling between offices in London and Reading
SALARY: 35,000 GBP
LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Fluent English and fluent Spanish
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Customer Service Representatives divided within two offices in London and Reading. The main goal in this job is to ensure that a very high and consistent level of customer service and technical support is provided by all members, as well as to lead, motivate, support and drive the performance of your team. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
*Manage in real time all work queues, including answering calls, responding to emails and taking escalated enquires when required.
*Leading by example to deliver results to agreed KPI’s, engaging and motivating the team to work cohesively to meet targets.
*Enabling your team to have the right blend of skills through coaching, performance improvement and continuous development
*Ensure the team is fully informed about the products and services available to clients.
*Work closely with others to deliver on team deadlines and objectives.
KEY SKILLS
*Bilingual Spanish & English.
*Ideal for a candidate with experience in leading a Customer Service team.
*Outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone.
*Confident in IT systems – Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM.
*Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
*Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
*A proven track record of demonstrable team leadership skills is essential.
*Knowledge of call management software and CRM’s.
*A positive and energetic approach to drive company and client requirements.
