Job description:
Our client is global tech and logistics organisation. They are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to support their EU Change Management team. This team is tasked with implementing consistent building and facilities standards within newly launched distribution centres across Europe. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, highly motivated individual and have a strong level of ownership.
The team works with a vast network of internal customers and stakeholders from Start Up, new distribution centre launch, Design & Construction Team. The Change Management team also works with Partner teams like the Design, Engineering, Process Engineering and the Procurement teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Review change requests from various stakeholders against existing standards.
- Perform change requests quality audits and partner with the requesters to ensure the correct structure, documentation, data points, pre-approvals are in place for the CM board to take a swift and right decision on the request. The CM team is responsible for driving alignment and decisions on change requests with cross functional stakeholders.
- Conduct in depth analysis (includes cost assessments) to evaluate change requests network impact.
- Schedule and moderate standing meetings with various stakeholders to obtain or share information.
- Liaise with multiple teams to identify and address standards (module) defects.
- Provide administrative support to EU Change Management Program Managers.
- Create training materials for Change Management stakeholders.
- Maintain various databases and perform updates on recurring bases.
- Prepare reports.
- Work in an ambiguous environment where end solutions are not always clear.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science/Technology, Business or related field.
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Detail oriented and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (particularly MS Excel).
- Ability to work independently, deliver high-quality work within tight time-lines and with a strong attention to detail.
- Working experience in Fulfilment Centre (Operations, Reliability Maintenance Engineering, Quality etc.).
- Excellent meeting management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to support several projects at one time and accept re-prioritisation as necessary.
- Ability to drive business decisions with cross-functional team collaboration and relevant analytical data.
- SQL, Power BI or query or programming knowledge and experience.
- Experience with engaging with stakeholders or customers locally and across diverse geographical locations.
