- Advanced MS-Office (Word, Excel, Adobe) skills
- Be able to work with an international team

- Quick capacity of adaptation
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Ensure documentation workflow between the Clients, Project Teams and Subcontractors; Control of documents; Ensure the update of intern database (DOCOSI) and server documents in UK
- Maintain and service the HQ office orderly
- Upload documents on databases and inform all interested parties
- Download and save new documents / comments on our server and inform all interested parties
- Project Wall update
- Library update
- Various of paperwork related with the document administration from all departments
- Dealing with archive of company documents
- Answering phone calls/messages and forward to the relevant person/department.
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing emails and posts, finding the best price mail and courier service · Meeting and greeting visitors and offering beverages
- Check and maintain office supplies and service
- Arrangements of visa/hotel/flight for staff and clients
