Interim Reward Manager
Title: TEMP : HR Performance and Rewards Specialist (Banking )
Salary : Annual salary £70k-£85k
Contract type: This is a 6 month contract with a possibility of a permanent role
Languages: Fluent English. French would be an asset (not essential)

The company: This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a background in negotiating and setting reward systems up to step into a newly created role stand-alone Rewards role for the asset management and commodities business; part of a small, fast-growth, international Bank. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone with in-depth knowledge of incentive schemes, long term benefits packages and experience in attraction and retention to work alongside the Head of Commodities and Global Markets in order to set up best-in-class reward systems that caters to a competitive candidate-driven market. The role is operational and also strategic. There is real scope for career development (and a permanent appointment) as the role morphs and develops over the next 6 months.
The role:
- Support the delivery of reward advice and projects
- Competitor research and provide benchmarking advice
- Assist in the annual remuneration review process.
- Provide support and advice on salary and incentives during corporate acquisitions and integrations.
- Use of Excel to an advanced level
- Present and deliver a story around research results and competitor data to help drive business performance/attraction and retention
