You will get full training on all the products that you will be dealing with in order to provide the best-in-class in terms of support to clients
The role: A nice mix of administrative support and technical 1st line help desk to customers : FULL TRAINING provided
Duties
- Liaising with customers on a regular basis based at dealerships
- Taking in bound calls
- Monitoring inbound call volumes
- Dealing with customer queries and finding solutions
- Creating weekly summaries of numbers of calls and the reasons for those calls
- Sending customer feedback to the Product and Operations teams
- Suggesting product improvements or highlighting trends
- Providing a personalised customer service by visiting clients in Manchester, reading and Coventry area to help with their queries and resolve technical problems
Requirements
- Some previous experience of Technical support in a customer services setting
- Car driver
