TITLE: FRENCH Customer Services/Tech support (Laptops and tablets)
Location: Reading , Berkshire
Salary : £25,000 + benefits
Location: Office based role
Company: Designers and manufacturers of specialist tooling systems for automotive and other industries.
The role : Diagnose/solve technical issues
This is a B2C/B2B client-facing role and you will use your French and English both on a regular basis . There are 2 key elements to this role: 1) customer care 2) logistics admin
DUTIES
Take inbound customer care calls
- Take inbound calls from customers
- Help solve technical issues (logging on/new passwords/configuring laptops/Pc’s etc)
- Take time to communicate clearly with customers
- Provide technical support to car dealership community
- Identify and resolve problems and determine which piece of equipment is faulty
Logistics admin:
- Arrange delivery of the loan equipment
- Liaise with technology/equipment suppliers for the delivery of new equipment
- Communicate with installers to set up .
- Escalate the problem to the appropriate supplier where necessary
- Chase customers for the return of loan equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent French
- Experience of setting up laptops
- Customer services experience
