The Role
You will primarily be responsible for keeping up to the date the HR Information System (Workday) with all employee changes across EMEA. You will also coordinate the data flow between HR and payroll for all 8 EMEA countries on a monthly basis.
Additionally, you will work on some compensation & benefits administration across EMEA. The position requires a high level of organizational and administrative skills in conjunction with the ability to interact professionally with all Line Managers and Employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate data flow and administration and HRIS Administration:
- Responsible for day-to-day data management of HRIS (Workday), ensuring employee data is correct at all times and interfaced every month into the payroll system
- Coordinating approvals for new joiners IT set-ups
- Running monthly reports for Leavers, HR statistics (such as turnover, retention) and providing essential updates
- To act as the first point of contact for a range of HRIS queries, from both within the PX function as well as the wider business across EMEA
- Supporting PX Managers, Recruiters and Employees with Workday queries
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Managing Total Rewards mailbox
- Managing Rewards Gateway administration and processing to payroll; collaborating with Payroll colleagues and updating changes
- Preparing submissions for payroll; collating and checking all data before payroll submissions
- Updating pension portal
- Administering joiners and leavers for private healthcare scheme
Requirements
A highly motivated individual with a customer centric approach to service delivery. This individual will be highly organized with great attention to detail, HRIS enthusiast and experienced on Excel. A self-starter, who can flex and change their approach to contribute effectively as part of team as well as individually and has the ambition to grow within Compensation & Benefits.
