Salary : £26,000
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday
The Company : This company works with major retailers globally to provide the store customers with insurance for furnishings. You will work with some of the best known retailers in the world and will establish the criteria for furniture replacement or mending depending on the policy that is in place. This is a B2B role and you will use your Spanish on daily basis to manage the relationships with retailers, process claims as well as directly liaise with customers of the stores over the phone and via email . Full training will be provided .
Duties .
- Use Spanish to liaise with Retailers ( B2B ) and customers ( B2C) across Spain
- Manage a portfolio of ongoing insurance claims from start to finish
- Establish whether the claim is covered under the policy terms
- Raise Purchase Order numbers
- Take inbound calls and respond to email enquiries
- Liaise with store clients and update them on the current status of their claim
- Manage all documentation around the claim
- Liaise with manufacturers
- You will be working to agree Service Levels
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish
- An office based customer services background or sales admin support
- Numerate
- Local in Oxfordshire
