French Customer Support Advisor
Location: Staffordshire, Cannock (Must be able to drive to office)
Working hours: 8.30am- 5.00 Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30 am – 4.45pm
Salary: up to £27,000
Language: French
Do you love to talk and enjoy providing excellent customer service? Want to use your French language skills every day? Are you excited by social media and the impact digital media has on delivering excellent customer service?
Your responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for our customers.
- Build strong relationships with our franchisees both in France and internationally.
- Answering queries, responding to technical questions,
- Handling orders
- Resolving complaints and managing your own customer related projects
- Support marketing department with social media
Candidate profile:
- Previous customer service background
- Speak fluent French
- Export/order processing, transportation experience
- Strong admin skills
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service
