This role will focus on supporting a marketing team that is task with employer branding. They are looking for a talented individual managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems. Their objective is to attract high volumes of associates yearly for various operational business lines (logistics centres, transportation, and warehouse).
As the Creative Account Manager, you will look after the creative development, production and delivery of the EU Acquisition campaigns across paid and owned channels. In other words, you own the creative strategy execution across a minimum of 8 EU countries with the objective to deliver best-in-class lead-generation campaigns creative assets and toolkit, on-time and on-budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Acquisition Campaigns across paid-media and owned channels to drive potential candidates to apply for our client’s logistics and warehouse roles across Europe.
- Own and manage the production of digital and offline campaigns from start to finish gather internal inputs from internal stakeholders, articulate messaging and creative briefs for third-party agencies to execute on. Follow and manage the creative development of the agency ensuring best-in-class delivery at each step of the process: messaging, content and design development, pre-production, production, execution, up to the delivery of the campaign’s assets toolkit in 8 European languages.
- Own Acquisition Creative Development and Delivery Timeline – report accurately and proactively on campaigns creative development status. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus constraints.
- Work in collaboration with the regional marketing leads (responsible for the media implementation for the acquisition creatives) to develop multi-variant testing frameworks and creative and media performance reports. You analyse testing and campaign results; you articulate key insights and conclusions into written narratives to drive business decisions and improvements.
- Partner across internal teams to develop and implement optimal customer experiences. Drive tactical creative initiatives independently: formulate the brief incl. project’s scoping, timeline and budget, lead the project’s execution partnering with the right teams and resources, deliver results.
- Identify opportunities for processes efficiency and automation and work cross-functionally on implementation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Business, Marketing or related field
- Proven track record experience managing complex, multi-channel and multi-territories acquisition marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management skills, exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, ability to anticipate bottlenecks, meet deadlines and deliver on-budgets
- Solid experience working with creative teams, content managers and marketers to bring business goals to life in creatives executions
- Solid experience working with third-party partners (research, strategic, creative, production, art working agencies), holding the agencies accountable and managing them to deliver best work, on-time and on-budget.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, experience with A/B and multi-variant testing
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Strong creative sensibilities and an aptitude to always look at mar-comm through the eyes of the customer
- Superior communication skills – clear, persuasive, and inspiring in both written and verbal communication. English written and verbal proficiency is a must.
- Self-motivated, agile and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to navigate a cross-functional environment to earn trust and get work done through others
- Proven track record experience in process implementation and improvements.

- Quantitative background with high attention to detail and
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun while delivering world-class products and programs
- German, Polish, French written and verbal proficiency would be a strong plus.
