Salary: to £22k + bonus
Contract: Permanent. 100% office-based role
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm, Fridays: 8am-4.10pm

It is growing fast and as such is looking for a talented French and Spanish speaker to work with clients and be the face of the business and first point of contact for clients. This is a really nice role in a great company that has guaranteed its future within sustainability. There is full training provided.
The role: 1) provide sales administrative support 2) deal with inbound enquiries 3) retain & nurture customers 3) marketing
DUTIES
1)Sales admin support
- Provide product advice
- Create quotations and send out product samples
- Take and process orders
- Send out order acknowledgements
- Liaise with logistics and the warehouse to arrange the dispatch of samples
- Follow up quotations (some outbound calls) to check whether the customer needs more information
- Producing invoices
2) Deal with inbound enquiries
- Take inbound calls and emails in French and Spanish
- Manage complaints calmly with a focus on retaining the client and providing outstanding service
- Investigating and solving customers’ problems
3) Retain and nurture
- Follow-up product enquiries quickly
- Get to know your clients and their business needs
- Check that customer is happy with the product
- Produce short written reports for customers where required
4) Marketing
- Support the marketing activity via blog
- Translating mailer into French or Spanish
REQUIREMENTS
- Native standard French
- Previous experience in customer service
- MS Office
