Reception/PA – OFFICE BASED, MAYFAIR
Are you available immediately and looking to get back into the office 5 days a week? Would you like to work for a highly successful, boutique Investment firm based in stunning offices in Mayfair? This could be the job for you.
You will support the Founding Partners and senior members of this organisation. You will also run the Reception area and have overall Office Management responsibilities!
Main duties:
Receptionist
- Manage reception and welcome visitors to the office
- Answer and transfer calls, take notes and pass on messages
- Receive and send mail/deliveries
Personal Assistant
- Arrange business travel and accommodation for all team members
- Arrange CIO personal travel arrangements
- Diary management for the team, liaising with internal and external parties for meeting arrangement
- Meeting room management
- Preparing monthly expenses forms for all team members
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Updating and formatting of documents/presentations/letters and processing/filing of all incoming documents
- Manage and restock kitchen and all office supplies
- Arranging company socials and offsites
Requirements
- Experience of dealing with clients and senior management in a professional and confidential manner
- Punctual and positive
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and able to juggle when under pressure
