Our client is a global technology company who are world leader in tech solutions, consumer products, and global logistics. They are looking for a HR coordinator to support their international recruitment team. The team covers recruitment in the UK, Canada, and the EU, operating from London. This role will cover recruitment in the UK and Europe. Your role will support managing the communication with candidates from start to finish, and scheduling screening calls, emails updates on interview outcomes, and update feedback record and interview activities on the systems.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and experienced in working in a very busy environment, managing calendars for a volume of interviews. They should be process oriented, with experience working on several requisitions at any given time.
Responsibilities
- Support the International Talent Acquisition Team in scheduling candidate’s interviews across the globe.
- Facilitate on-site interviews with the objective of enhancing candidate experience.
- Coordinate travel and lodging for applicants and manage candidate expense process.
- Communicate via email or phone with candidates for follow-up on interview confirmations and offer letters.
- Maintain expertise in recruiting systems, processes, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Company’s organisational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure.
- Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring those processes to identify and recommend areas for improvement to ensure best practices at all times.

Skills/Experience Requirements
- Experience of working in a human resource/recruiting coordinator role, ideally working on international scale
- Experience with managing interview schedules/diaries, providing interview feedback to candidates, and updating recruitment systems
- Experience working in a busy environment and handling multiple requisitions
- Ability to work with various levels of internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Preferred Qualifications
- Analytics and/or reporting experience is preferred
