Salary: £30,000- £45000 ( salary depends on experience ) + excellent benefits

The role: This is a key appointment and you will be reporting to the Senior Manager in London with a functional reporting line to Head Office in Hong Kong. A top notch graduate with a Finance related education will be considered and then trained

Duties

• Cash management – Reporting flow of cash in and out of the company. Liaising with other international finance teams
• Collating of Treasury payments
• Advise Treasury where there is an issue such as loan rates too high/banks not processing payments etc
• Checking/Processing of payment instructions
• Booking/Reconciling of loans/loan positions with house banks
• Managing SWIFT requests, Bank Audit Letters, Returned Payments/Unallocated Receipts, Bank statement reconciliation against in-house systems/payment instructions.
• Producing Debtors/Creditors reports to identify where payments have not been made on time/funds have not been received on due date.
• Capture and maintain banking information for compliance reasons
• Awareness of issues/sanctions regarding the worldwide remittance of funds

Requirements

• Finance degree is essential
• Fluent in Mandarin & English
